Look through the .DDS and .XML files.... Use a .MEG converter(google it) and extract Textures.meg, the XMLs come with the map editor. Find some good .DDS tools. I found some particle effects..... P_PARTICLE_MASTER.DDS, P_PARTICLE_EXPLOSION1.DDS, P_ASTEROIDS.DDS, P_PARTICLE_LIGHTNING_HIGH.DDS Now all you need is XMLs that control them and there you go!
