  1. No, you did something else. As soon as you put makes it start reading again.
  2. A Mando to a phase I? Codeuser made a Stormtrooper to phase I... Could you post screens? This is a good idea(I won't take it)
  3. Comments don't do anything. You could delete every single comment in the files and the game would still run right.
  4. Is the alpha channel all white? Change it to all black-for now. You can use it later. What textures are you editing?
  5. Well, it's a .WAV, listen to it!
  6. Search for .tga. You'll find the skins. The computer decompiles the .DDSs into .TGAs. Did you read my tutorial?
  7. Yes. Thanks. Heck no! I've made clonetrooper and Naboo guard spawnhouses for my TUM.(They'll be in the next version) Check out the spawn house code. It's pretty simple.
  8. The padawan was taken out before it was finished. I belive the anims might be compatable with a certain model, since you can't have anims without models...

  10. That's AWSOME! Now all you need is a star destroyer with it's hangar cut out. You should replace the tie scout with a tie interceptor though. Are you going to make it spawn ties?
  11. It's definetly something to do with the container. MAKE SURE THE SPEED IS RIGHT! MAKE A NEW CONTAINER- My friend just actually screwed up the laptop-ARG!
  12. Did you change the speed? If you changed the speed, you need a new container. Change the speed for the new container also. It will work, I think. The skin has NOTHING to do with it. Why would skins affect containers, formations, and speed?
  13. That depends on your code. Could you be more specific as to what the problem is? Or give the code.(though butts like Clonetrooper17 may steal it) I think it's with the speed, you need to edit the container speed AND infantry speed. BTW, I think it's '30% inspiration, 40% patience, and 30% debugging. ;D

  18. hmmm.... If you were into Warcraft III modding, use XML notepad. It's very similar, and it will find bugs very easily.(Google is your friend when you don't have links)

  20. Planet specific? Really? I looked in the files and didn't find anything about planets...Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

The ALO viewer ROCKS!(You may not think that at first, but when you realize it's full potential you'll agree) http://alpha1.dyns.net/eaw/AloViewer You can use it to learn the bone names(Thus, hardpoints without breakoffs) view animations(copying and pasting anims can allow you to use more abilities) and view modded work(great for skinners and modelers) Sorry if I'm spazzing out.
  24. Use the ALO viewer. It's so simple and so fun, you'll be mad no one told you about it before.
  25. Just set the AI for the human player in GC to the standard AI for his(or her) faction.
