  1. "There are some who might consider these M&M's to be....Unnatural...." What? you wanted an AUTHENTIC SW quote? All the good ones are taken! My favorite though, is "It's a trap!" mainly because Ackbar points out the obvious..and Ackbar is very cool.
  2. In herocompanies.xml, you need to add them to . They're in groundindigenous.xml, me thinks.
  3. Just copy and paste the virago, prince_xizor, and xizor_team from uniqueunits, namedherounits, and herocompanies, respectivly, to yours.
  4. There is evidence that at one time there was a ranking system, but it was ripped out. Look for it in expansions.
  5. They go in the Art\Textures folder, but you have to make it. It changes the texture of the stormtroopers, but doesn't add a new unit.
  6. Okay, I just installed this mod. I went to Mon Calamari, Destroyed the rebels in space, and landed. Then I brought this thing out. The second it lifted off the ground the game crashed. (froze, but the thing stopped working none the less.) Any thoughts on this?

Anyway, back on topic, I still think it would be awesome to have for Palpy, but probably just as a stress reliever, and not for any real game. It calms the nerves knowing your sending Insanely large battle ships to a endless abyss. ;D
  10. Its possible, somewhere in the whole sfx xml list. Just Look at the extractor, and you'll see a whole list of files pertaining to sfx. just extract the ones you want. The sounds themselves are stored in a .meg files, so you'll have to add the file to that folder and stuff.

  12. Which "Force Storm" are you talking about? There's the KOTOR one that isn't accurate that makes it so that lightning flies everywhere. OR there's the one in Dark Empire that is the ultimate "Dark Side" power, that can destroy anything in it's path, that Palpatine could barely control, if it all. The hyperspace storm of DEATH, that killed some of the Rebel fleet at Da Soocha, and that destroyed the Eclipse with it's awesome power. If that was added to the game, I'd die. (note: dark side is in paranthesis because I believe in the Potentium.)
  13. The Mind Trick would "distract" enemies, that's what the XML said. I would use it like the Emperor's "force corrupt" ability. I knew the Tatnitve IV would have to be somewhere in the game. Thanks for clearing up the Avenger, I'll take it out. I found the Singularity in the master text file. It isn't very hard to find, just gotta look. You find a lot of stuff looking through those files. Eventually you get so crazy it becomes kinda fun.

  16. YES! Proof that there was once A type of diplomacy in the game!! I found a text entry while I was browsing the files, and I found this: That proves there was diplomacy in the game, but it was taken out for reasons unknown. That is all.
  17. I'm no expert on this, but I know you have to modify groundvehicles.xml and groundcompanies*faction*.xml. I really don't know much else. Sorry. :-\
  18. Sure. Just find a mod that has venators in it and add Jedi_Cruiser to his "team". (in herocompanies.xml) If you want it to be a special venator, copy the Jedi_Cruiser data from wherever it is and rename it Obi_Cruiser or something, then put Jedi_Cruiser by it. Then tweek it however you want. If you still don't understand how to do it, I could make it for you, if you wish.

  21. Well that mod REPLACES the texture. This is a brand new unit.
  22. Yeah....I need a little bit of help on something... I'm hacking the campaign so I can use autoresolve anywhere to avoid all the evil ground battles. I remeber seeing the script that cancels the autoresolve SOMEWHERE...but I can't remeber where it is. Can anyone tell me where it's located?
  23. I was thinking about adding the storm commandoes...and well...the conversation that we had kind of influenced the discovery, me thinks. OR maybe I'm just going more insane, the world will never know....
