  1. Oh. Well, I guess one of my combo mods screwed up from something else.... No way to combine them? What the heck are you talking about? I do it all the time. It doesn't matter if you want to uncombine them, because it doesn't really effect anything, and you'll have those entries if you ever want to use them again. All you have to do is open them both up, copy a line from the mod you want to copy, hit insert string on the one you use now, and copy the line from the edited one into your own. That's it. The starting forces line should go in Campaigns_singleplayer, and pretty much any other file that has Campaign in it. If it is outside that file
  2. This is a good cause. If you don't have that entry in your master text file, then it won't work. The starting forces thing SHOULD NOT BE THERE AT ALL. Also, you need to make a variant for it. Add this to your file: Use the Rebel star destroyer thing for when you put your units in. That will help alot of things. Hope htis works for you, even if I dnon't like seeing rebel scum with Imperial Capital Ships. Edit: also, yes, the Calamari thing could be a problem too.

  5. We don't have a working Lua editor yet, but I have managed to open one up with Luaedit, but I gota ton of Gibberish.
  6. The scary thing is that I did the exact same thing to combat my SSD's. (HAX0RR3D!) Did you change the size value (or something similar)? I know what's wrong with it; While the model and the unit may say it's big, the Collision mesh stays the same. That's the reason. The death clones are a mystery...I had them working just fine...let me see what I can get... This is mine: Also, did you change the death clone in the unit? (Specifically, I mean this line: ) If you didn't, that would be the problem.
  7. NOt at all. I've combined the add on mod, the victory mod, my mods, and the 64 planet mod all together in a text file. All you have to do is add TEXT_TOOLTIP entries from my master text file. Basically, all you do is open up the DAT editor, find the entries for the Virago and Xizor in my text file, hit insert string and copy and paste my text entries over to the one that you use. Then that's all completed.

  9. This has to be the most sick, disgusting thing I've ever seen. I'm STILL scarred by it, and I saw the thing about a month ago. I almost fainted. And I finally saw what a true demon looked like. I vowed never to goto Ebaum's world again because of it. I hope the guy who made it truly feels happy for himself. 'Cause with Jerks like that, it's the only way they get happy. I'm done here.
  10. Sorry 'bout the late reply. Here's the fix for the Virago and the Shadowclaw, so they'll be buildable at all tech levels. Tested by me, so they DEFINETLY work.
  11. I'm to lazy to post the exact code, but basically you just open up namedherounits.xml, herocompanies.xml, and uniqueunits.xml and copy all the sections with Xizor or the Virago in them to the same files in the mod you wish to add them to.
  12. Or the Yuuzhan Vong became techno geeks. Anyway, yeah. The autoresolve system is VERY crappy. I normally only do it when I: A. Don't feel like fighting ground battles, or when I B: Want to soften a few things up before I send my main force in An example of this is: I had a VSD on the ground. Nothing else. Now we know these things are UNTOUCHABLE. All the enemy has is an MPTL and I think a few infantry. Now, I knew the since VSD's are extremely overpowered, I shouldn't have much trouble. I lost the ship, and they only lost an MPTL. Talk about retarded. It's like it never took off...

  16. Whatever you did, you did it. The tech advances in units; it shouldn't be researching everything one after another. Where did you alter the price for it? It's probably in there. Either that or it has it's own XML, or it's in gameconstants.
  17. I'm a sci-fi freak, but I don't like getting into new things, I like building up my knowledge of stuff. I'm on Wookiepedia at least once every day. The only Sci-Fi I TRULY like are Star Wars Halo Aliens Predator That's...about it... (also, I literally think Star Trek is of the devil.)

  19. HAHA! Yes. Hello peoples. I am your dea-oops..wrong cue card. Anyway, yeah. This is a clan me and my friend, who sadly doesn't have EAW yet, made. It started out as a BF2 clan and expanded to EAW out of desperation, because who wants to join a clan with the name geek in it? Don't let it fool you, the clan is not for geeks only.   22. I support this. HOWEVER, That does not mean I want to beg Lucasarts for content. Heck, I know they won't listen. They're one of the most influential game developers ever, so they really don't have to. All we're really waiting for are the mod tools, an once we get those, we could probably put it back in. While most of you have played it, and loved it, I, unfortunetly, have never played Rebellion. It was one of those games I never saw; heck, I didn't even hear of it until I came here. But it looked like a great game. I want diplomacy in, not to make this game like another game I don't know about, but to add a realistic sense to the gameplay. I mean, what weak association wanting peace blockades a planet and rains death from above? Not the Rebel Alliance, that's for sure, but they sure do in this game. I just think it would be good to be able to convince planets to join you peacefully rather than using pure military force. That's why I want diplomacy in the game. 'Tis also a reason I want some of the other features. - TTTTTTTTTTHHHHEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!
