  1. runescape is like the gate-way drug of the mmo world you play it then go..wow i wonder what this type of game would be like if it didn't suck? then you go buy guild wars or WoW or maybe city of heroes/villains and you say OMFG i wish i hadn't wasted all that time on rune scape

  3. exactly but it makes the ai too easy (that was my point from the start) all their fighters are off in the middle of no where and i am free to kill their big ships with y-wings it is rather funny
  4. i wish they would just make another x-wing vs. tie fighter with current graphics and much more happening at once. like more capital ships per battle and more fighters at one time....and less worthless go capture the floating box missions
  5. yes the war lords mod is really really detailed and i think using those models as they are would really slow down the game..a lot

  7. well your a guy in a turret and a ship traveling humndreds of miles per hour zips past you, how are you supposed to hit it?
  8. my mother's computer has a dvd thing and it is 15 feet from mine i do not as i payed for my PC and i built it so i didn't waste money on one when no one ever makes games on dvd's always on 19 Cd's

  11. reading the official site there are 25 buildable structures alone for the imperials...so there has to be a scroll option of some sort that wasn't included in the demo version

(no this is not a thread meant to bash how the ties are built or something) all right anyone notice that the imps always use the ties hunt for an enemy special ability? it is annoying bkz it makes it impossible to hide things near the rear of the map! also it doesn't seem like a good strategy...as more then once i would've lost a battle if only the imps. had used their ties effectively! can this be fixed?do we think it will be in the final game? has anyone else noticed or am i just being crazy?
  14. it is simply a way to try and make your ships not die. by making them run away really really slowly to the other end of the map
  15. people seem to care a little to much about what ships look like or what they are called. we could easily make the AF.Mk.2 the [insert_great_name_here][/insert_great_name_here] and it wouldn't matter any more. as for the broad side other than it's name making absolutely no sense what is wrong with it ??? it is a missile corvette. the rebs. have one in the game too...the marauder. (though i am pretty sure a marauder didn't have missile tubes) a missile ship is usefull in my book! and i find them very helpful in a battle.
  16. i have no dvd thingy in my PC so the addition of 2 Cd's is super-fantastic
  17. i know of no free game recorbing thingers that have audio (in the free version)
  18. just edit the note pad files w/ the ships names in them like every time i build a vsd it is now called the OMG A TALKING MUFFIN!
  19. i find that both the assault frigate Mk2 and the acclamator are underpowered in terms or defence but overpowered in terms of attack making them assault vehicles rather then juggernauts to absorb damage

  22. is this horrid bug going to be in the final release? i should hope not as that would kill the overall fun-factor
  23. just change the imperial bombing run to an orbital bombardment and the rebs will keep their bombing runs
