Yep, I think they are rushing it. They should delay the release for atleast another year to work out all the issues so it'll be a big hit when it comes out with all the stuff we want. -
The demo is just all the trailers put into one and then you get to click on Darth Vader and he goes "yes master" and it'll then end saying , look for this game on Feb. 17th!!

Blame Lucas. Why didn't he have the SD's come out first and have the Venator be their replacements. ROAR! And don't worry. I'm sure tomorrow we'll have an "Venator is Officially Back in the Game" thread. -

It's cut. Just going to look forward to it maybe in an expansion or a mod. The venator gets phased out and it's old tech compared to the SD's so why would anyone want to build it? It's a war game not a sim game where looks matter. It's all about raw power. That's prob. why it got cut. It looks cool but too underpowered to be useful. -
I wonder how much it would cost to release both a dvd and cd version of the game. And the dvd box does look a lot thinner than the one I see on eb. But the eb site has a small pic. so it's hard to see. I think in todays day and age, most pple have a dvd drive. They should start using dvd's as the standard for games that take up more than 2 cd's. It's like when they replaced floppies with cds.

Thanks for the welcome. I do visit often just that I don't really post. It's not the size of the box that I mind, it's having to insert cd after cd after cd to install the game. I've seen some games that do this now and they don't charge more. Ie. Sims2 and Everquest2.

What I would love is for the American version to also get a DVD release. I hate it when comes out with more than two cd's and they don't have the option for a DVD instead. Makes life so much easier.
