  1. i think hes using the gun that this once idigenious species uses on ... uh.. azloc 3 i think.. some icy planet in that region.. they are reall i hate those people .. they can take down mech units in a flash
  2. well it happens even at their origianal speed.. and it does not happen very often.. .. so i have not tried to fix it.. but i guess experimenting will go a long way
  3. yeah .. it works a bit better with things that already have varients. now u can make diferent versions of lets say infantry units without editing the models :/ but we cant do that with SD's because there arent any yet :/ .. good luck i guess maybe some hex editing on the model might help too but i doubt it
  4. why cant we make ground troops behave more like squadrons where they shoot while they move... maybe not the same way but u know like they were little people playing swbf
  5. i would love to see the ability to load multiplayer games again..
  6. i dont qute understood what u are goin to do but.. new maps always good although like stated before a 40 ish planet multiplayer might be nice.. but i understand it might lag. i tried doing so myself.. and it wasnt too bad.. but i only enabled about 35 planets and we were on a lan connection so i wonder what that might to do online MP
  7. just because u have a lot of money dont mean u can just go aroudn and spend them :/ .. maybe u have ur money from illegal means ;D

  9. notepad will do it but its not as easy to use as a diferent utility meant to edit xml files ect ect.. so u could just search google for an XML editor or something.. i use visual C++ 2005 just because it works with em and because im used to the interface.. but any XML editor should work

  12. yes i have used hamachi to play a multiplayer game its better since there is no gamespy disconnects but connecting using hamachi isint exactly pie either.. i have not gotten any disconnects tho

  14. I dont think many people have heard of it either officially or unofficially.. :/ i know it exists. dont member where i saw it once.. maybe a website.. other than here.. not sure about EU books definately not movies.. .. who knows
  15. if any of my previous experience can help me here.. my awnser is no the reason is as follows the files are not compresssed because i found out in generals extracting all the big files and putting them in their places did not increase performance at all they are just placed together maybe so its easier for the engine to locate all the files needed
  16. well i fooled around with the AT AT texture i added a the rebel insigna and made it "tanned" like the trained level

  18. are u talking about where they are as in on the ship.. (hanger?) or as in where they were in EAW?
  19. u could make it 20.. or 30 or u could add more hardpoints.. no problem .. unless u have too many hardpoints
  20. WEll the model i did was acceptable for generals.. so im assuming this game will take it. im not exactly sure how much EAW will be but there is a forum where they said what an ISD was
  21. i guess we could make the hardpoint contain many diferent weapon launch bones.. and model more turbo lasers and u can call it a turbolaser battery array or group
  22. im trying to do the same thing as u .. exept maybe recreate the ammount of lasers that ep 2 geonosis battle had.. and that range.. got everything but the range done :/ i need help on this too

  24. i think it might have been part of the diplomacy system that at once point was concidered but im not sure
