can i place a vote for the freedom hunters, and Colonel Borlov. i was going to place them in the story anyway so...a nd they fit the bill(in a way) a group of people who want revenge agaisnt the empire but dont want to join another goverment like the new rebeuplic incase in turns agaisnt then too. and they would be powerful enough to make a fight of it

well lets start with while Captain Gilad Pellaeon took command of the imperial force at endor it was only to order a retreat. as for the 12 Grand Admirals. while thrawn was not one of the first 12 he was promated to Grand Admiral after Zaarin proved to be a traiter and thrawn hunted him down.(through that was just when he was givin public promotion to Grand Admiral, he was already a grand admiral by that point). back to the story, while im not to sure about the rebel part of it, i like the idea of the empire being split up 12 ways, with each of the different Grand Admirals taking a piece. maybe giving each of them a Executor-class star dreadnought.

yeah but how would you go about making it collapse, the roman empire didn't have an all powerful sith lord as emperor, i dont think the roman empire thing that would work, but an AU could be intresting, maybe have it right after endor but have the rebel still win but have luke turn evil(oh wait thats been done) or have luke die on the death star or something
