    I think Legendary units should not be able to build, I think that if you conquer a medium to hard impor6ant planet you should get them, so when to Rebs take kuatfor exarmple thay get legandry of all the type's of space units, and some legegdary ground stuff. Mayby that is not such a good idea, I just think that you sould not be able to build legandry units
