Nah swampy trees usually have less leaves and lower to the ground. So, then modding the game by changing the respawn rate to 9999999 would not work then in GC mode huh? It is going to take someone that knows about game programming to change this around a bit so hroes wouldn't be needed to advance the game.

Not asking for dense trees per se, but the right kind of tree. The video shows what look like evergreen trees, which makes in look like endor (showing screens of both planets I don't think I would be ablt to tell the difference). That is how I thought, but with no diplomacy, I'm not so sure, since the would be diplomacy somewhat (and it was included in the creature question)

You know what is odd tho. Do you guys remember when they updated the EAW site the first endor video showed ewoks battling the rebels. It was then taken down and a new one was added. Now logic tells me the ewoks would be on the rebel side and not an attack everyone group. This lead some of us to think the empire had influenced them, hence diplomacy. So was this feature in EAW a lot longer than we thought before it was cut? Or was it cut earlier in production like he stated? Them taking down that video did seem a little odd. Did this feature suffer the same fate as the venator.

Yea I created a new thread on this. Since a lot of the Mods were planning on adding to this idea this is going to hurt. Hopefully the mod creators will be able to figure something out.

From the Q&A, but figured it needed its own topic to discuss. I know that many of us were looking forward to this. I hope it will be included in an expansion pack. It would definitely add a long of content and more replay value to the game. I also wonder about if force currupt is still in, haven't heard about it since Delphi talked about it....hmmm.

Yea, I meant in online mod delphi told us we could turn heroes off. But Teradyn maybe right, may be only in skirmish mod.

But swempireatwar and empireatwar are the same thing. Weren't the two petro names combined early? I don't think the vote is between if we want a swempireatwar vs swempireatwar vs pff. It is between if we want the title to be about EAW or Petro.

Problem is there is also 50% of people that want either swempire and empire (very little difference between the two). To me that splits the vote and they would vote for each other if the other wasn't there. To me there should be another vote for empireatwar vs pff

Haha yea, everyone is saying the controller seems like it has been specifically made for a star wars game. I don't think it will be KOTOR tho, there will probably be a game just for revolution. Right now I am definitely going to get revolution. I am waiting to see what games go out for each system first to see if I should get PS3 or 360. KOTOR and GTA are my two favorite game series, if both go to 360 I will need to get one of them.

More news. Well the Xbox 360 is an obvious, I wish they would bring it out for PS3 and PC at the same time, but that is an likely (there is rumors that GTA 4 will come out on PS3 and 360 at the same time tho). I think forth quarter 2006 is a bit soon tho. They are probably going for a christmas release and they would probably rush it again. If it is 4th quarter, I would expect an annoucement soon.
