If your talking about programming an entire game from the ground up your insane. It take years of prgramming knowledge and expierience and a few years to actually make the game! Your talking building a game engine from the ground up! Modding a game is the way to go. The engines already there for you! What type of programming do you work with? Ive been doing Flash Actionscript and C++ for the past 2-3 years, and recently started some 3d modelling. I dont do game with c++ though, very complicated programming, i might try it in a year or 2 when i get more math under my belt. I prefer cryptography. Good luck! I like the idea though!

Yes heavy forest would be a problem for your heavy units hacking through forest unless they could just plow through it. I agree the coasts would be cool, or perhaps some flatlands or something.

In space they should return fire even while etreating, it happened like that in rebellion, as you were preparing to jump into hyperspace if anything was in range the ship would fire, the point is anything that can be fired upon and ins in range should be fired on, the weapons programming should have a mind of its own which focuses on shooting whatever possible,, whenever possible.

Yes im american and proud of it! I hate school as well although his year its not too bad, alot of cool teachers and ina llbut one of my classes i know a ton of people so its ok. My Honors Chemistry teacher is hilarious, but he assigns a ton of homework, he tells us all these stories about his former student and i guess his texan dialect is kinda funny too. My geometry teacher acts like hes on drugs, the guy is so into what hes teaching, were learning about logic, very easy and boring and he is so into it.

@ thing id like to say about transports and ATAT's. First will you be able to have units ina transport, in another transport to fit more units in a transport. For instance, stormtroopers in an ATAT in an ATAT barge. Second will the ATAT's be able to fire upon small ships like in EP4?
