I never meantioned that the low Pop Cap was to do with the System Reqiurements at all, what i said was about the Expectations being higher than can be delevered as they have to bring things down to a level that most peoples pc's van handle. this means that we will have to sacrifice somethings that we want (like the Venator) to keep the game at a playable level so what! i like Sirnuke think that having the Lower cap will require people to use more diversity in the Fleets and Forces that they employ because as it is the massed fleets of the best ship won't work as every ship has a weakness that can be exploited by the other team. also if anyone who complains about the low Pop cap hasn't looked in the Previews and Screenshots section at My TOpic of Random information i Strongly suggest they do to see just how much the game will have in it at this time, with just what we know.

yes Teradyn you are i think right about why they can't make things completely right with the missing it would also take a lot more coding to do as it would need a randomiser to decide if it hits or not. but the low unit limit is to make it better for Strategy playing and inventing as it prevents massed fleets/units and just hitting in full force. this game is going to require more thinking than most to play as you have to plan an assault to make it work otherwise (Hoping the AI is up to it) you will fail and loose.

Yeah, well Delphi-PG has said about why they have Axed the Venator and i think that it sould have gone if it unbalenced or didn't fit in with the game. but in answer as well, KOTOR 2 is an 'incomplete' game, they axed several lines of code and Changed the Ending because it wouldn't have been ready for the Release date that they wanted.

i dont know if a Shield Generator would make that much difference as units can just walk straight through the shields. but i'd have thought that the base would be built around the Reinforcement points or thats what i would do.

no it isn't there are still TOPICS that allow you to voice your opinion it is just that post that are repeated or flaming are bad for the morale of the game what Cain and the Mod's are doing is trying to keep the base that has forged the game into what it is alive, negative TOPICS that are repeated have no place here people come here to express there opnions to the other members without being Overly negative.

yes Censorship is bad but at the moment there is a general concensus that the game has started down a path that we don't like but repeated posts and blame posts DON'T help because they justs stir up resentment.

i think that some of the Droid Armies were just recycled into other things but other armies were put into Deep Storage in places like the Deep Core for future use these stores were neglected and the Droids were either Destroyed by the empire or pillaged by the Privateers.

look Noian it is not Just the Moderators that are fed up with having to constantly defend the reasons for the removal and having to explain them every week in a new Thread yes we know that they have removed the Venator and YES we know that it has upset alot of people but it doesn't mean that people can place the blame on LEC for just Removing it they had just reasons to do so, that they do NOT have to explain to us!

it's not a censored forums what Cain is doing is right! Ehe is deleting forums that are out of Order as the people developing the game are working their hardest to give us a brillant game but all that some can do is critise and Whine about the SSD or the Venator! I know i'm not perfect with this but i do defend the devs and the reason's that they have for removing things the Venator probably unbalenced the game to much and had to be removed to make it an even and balenced game.
