In europe, the game will be on DVD, we don't know yet if this DVD will be multilingual. If it is, you'll be able to install the game in English from the german version. Perhaps Junker has more pieces of information about german version

Online service is not launched yet But as you can see on the config screenshot, you can choose "Broadband" or "Modem" so I think it means it's possible to play with a dial-up connection. But it's clear it won't be the perfect way to play online

Well, don't confuse the clone war and the classic trilogy. Planets you quoted may be in an extension for the clone war, all the question is : What will the extension be ? ;D But personnally I think it's completely normal that these planets aren't in EaW but it's clear it would be better to remove planets like shola and put billbringi for example.
