As soon as the game was released, devs published a first patch for Empire at War. Fixing some bugs, balancing some unités, here is the patch note : Have fun

Yeah yeah, it's also in late but as I said previously, later is better than never So Empire at War was released in Europe the 17th even if lots of shops sold the game the 16th, good news for players, bad news for shops waiting for the official date have fun

Yeah, even when we know that gamespy is famous for having bugged and unfunctionnal plateforms ... It's not a little error ... It's nearly unacceptable, because after monthes "polishing" the game, having replays disabled, multiplayers with lots of errors, balancing problems .. it's not a good points, and after good previews, tests in Press are not good at all.

I saw this but I haven't got any accounts so I couldn't react but if you want Josh, you can bring them my word : Screenshots have been taken from a full version of the game complied in very early February. So I think planets already have their last skin. But this will be confirmed by watching on the final version that EAW-FR should have in 2/3 days.

Of course he can "fly" but what I mean it's that you can't do what you want in atmosphere so it's impossible for it to get involve in a land battle. Then yeah you can process to orbital bombardement but as you said it's "to turn a planet into a slag". It's compltely not for precrise strikes on a unit or a building.

It works on all units types.

Transport on ground map just land troops. No more. When you retreat, you have the chronometer and when it reaches 0, game end

You retreat to the nearest planet under your control, not necessarily to you come from. It's strange sometime because when you have a front line with one isolated planet on the other side. You can send troops to this planets by launching an attack on a neighbour planet and retreat as soon as possible

Lol, Anyway, Capital ships can't fly in atmosphere and they can't shoot from space, too far ;p

X-Wing can't be used anymore. Only Y-wing can procss to bombardments ;p

What I can say from eaw-fr full version : AT-ATs can destroys Speeders quite easily . More, Veers's AT-AT can oneshot (or in two times) a speeder with the special fire ;p IA in this version only used lasers against my AT-AT
