I have to admit Cain that that eould be kinda cool. Destroying some of the Separatist ships like that. That could also allow you to have Simulators to make you're Fighter's Elite Squads before they are commisioned. Maybe a researchable Technology. Increased Shields, Fighters and Weapons. I.e going from Basic Proton Torpedos to Advanced Concussion Missiles etc.

Well the Ai for the Capital ships actually works off which ships wil hurt them the most. It also works off which ship has Characters, Troops and the most powerfull ship in the fleet. There are some ships which will always attack fighters as they have no chance against the larger capital ships. Yeah right, did you know that you can kill an ISD using only 4 Corellian Corvettes in surround position?? In EAW that probably will work as well. They will be able to take out weapons and shields all at once. Muhahahahahaha

Well that "unknown" ship still hasn't been named. I'm sure that in another video I saw a Republic Dreadnought and an Assault frigate they're not there.

In the X-wing series of Novels Borleis was powered by Geothermal power plants, solar power and Fusion. So yo could have massive solar cells powering Shields and Ground defenses and the Geothermal and Fusion generators powering the Anti Aircraft turbolasers.

Will the Graphics engine you are using to generate the game be available for general games or only Petro games? Will it be used in follow up games to Civilisation, maybe other such games??

Well it could be like rebellion and have characters like Luke and Vader "discovering" force sensitive characters as teh game develops.

Cain I have a question. Will there be Flags above Major ships. Thats how you will know who's on which ship. Or having little pics of their heads on the HUD at the bottom of the screen.

It would be interesting to have the names preprogrammed in and it would also relieve the strain of having to name all of the ships. I would however be weary of having the names prenamed as some of the ships were never ISDs. Like the Iron Fist and the Brawl. Iron Fist is not only a VSD it was also an SSD. Same with Executor. Chimera was another VSD which was also a ISD-I and ISD-II.
