The first link doesn´t work, rob. A friend bought this one about ten years ago. Nice but too small for my taste. I´ve collected SW Action Figures from the beginning on. And only those from 1977 to 1986. I´ve got about 20 or so, can´t remember, because I have them in a storage room. There are of course Vader, Luke, Leia, C3PO, Dengar, Bib Fortuna, Ben Kenobi and lots of creatures. I never owned Han and R2 or any Stormtrooper. And my old Power Droid ( Gonk) has been gone lost or stolen. Thought about to begin to collect them again, because there are lots for sale on ebay. Nice game : Star Wars Game

I thought you all wanted to share the nicest moments of star wars here. Ohh, you guys are all that young. Best Star Wars year = 1997?? No way! Of course the Special Edition was nice to watch when it just came out. After watching it a couple of times, you got mad about of what he did with the movies and how irrelevant all these changes were. It was so amazing seeing all these creatures in 1977/78. That was just a real blast! Nothing comparable was ever shown before in cinemas across the world. Young cool guys with blaster pistols and lightsabers fighting amoured robotlike soldiers led by the darkest evil villain ever seen before. All took place on strange planets or places, crowded with the strangest creatures and robots ever. Than these dogfights in space with all these cool fighters above the Death Star. Oh, my... Than the second part, which was just as cool as the first one plus even darker. The third part was great but also a bit disappointing about all these silly bears. It´s hard to explain it to people who grew up in a world where CGI-effects are just that common what status these movies had in the 70s and 80s for lots of people.

Yes, indeed. But sometimes it´s better to search for special websites than just for pics. There you often find lots of material. How can I send you these pics? Please send me your email-adress by pm. I will send you the pics than in the next couple of days.

Sorry to hear that, give her a hug for me. If you´re german and you like weapons you either have to go to the army or to a local shooters-club ( I hope you call it like that in english ). Both isn´t that easy, because they don´t take everybody. A couple of years ago we had an amok-run on a school. That guy was in a shooters-club and owned a couple of guns. After that incident, people who own guns should have kept their guns locked in a cupboard at home. Now we got another amok-run a couple of months ago and they now talk about that members of a shooters-club should leave their weapons there. So these guns could only be used when you come to the club-house to shoot some rounds. So if you like weapons it should be enough to own them and use ´em only in a secured area like a club-house, where guns should kept locked for savety of course. This should also be a good solution for the U.S. There´s really no reason that everybody has to sleep with his gun unless you´re a soldier and you´re in iraq or afghanistan. @SOCL Good work putting all four sites into a new thread! http://www.cosgan.de/images/smilie/froehlich/a020.gif

Great! It´s the same dumb guys of "Shawn of the Dead" in another scenario. Looks like another cool Fun-Movie.

There should be lot´s of pictures of these eras in that book. It´s large. I just hope that I will also know the english title of these movies, but in these cases I will use google. Arises from his chair and walks upstairs to search for the old book in the storage room. He has to caugh because of lots of dust. Than he walks down, plugs in his old scanner and does the best he can

These were either Police Special Units or the Boarder-Patrol, who arm themselves in special cases, like a dangerous person who is on the run. But all in all they just wear their pistols. We also have criminals and violence here in europe. But we don´t think about of having a gun at home. Like mentioned above, you would need a real good reason to get one here. If guns weren´t easily available in the US, not much criminals would have one and people wouldn´t think about arming themselves. All in all I don´t believe that the US-Citizens aren´t more violent than the citizens of any european country.

I totally agree with SOCL! Just one thing to add to weapons in switzerland. Only people who are in the army or did their service in the swiss army are allowed to keep a weapon at home. This is of course also to policemen. What´s up to private persons is out of my knowledge, but I guess that, like in germany, you need a really good reason to get a license for having a weapon.

He´s chinese, not japanese. If you like to collect weapons just because you think they look cool and you don´t have to use it, you also could buy a fake weapon. Bute I don´t know why somebody should own an assault-rifle for private use!!?? You want one? Go to the Army! We just had here a kind of similar massacre in a school a couple of months ago, where a guy stole the guns of his father. I guess I don´t have to mention that if his father hadn´t any weapons at home, the massacre never had happened for sure.
