Mitth doesn't REALLY posses 1337 language skills. He knows bits and pieces of both German and Spanish, nowhere near enough to do him any good outside of the US.

I doubt it Fel. It's completely random, at least so far as I can tell and I've been playing since shortly after the game came out.
