I believe that Serial killers should definately be put down there normally is plenty of evidence so innocense is not a problem. Child molestation is horrible but one of my friends was convicted with NOTHING but the girls word which was later proven to be lies. He was released but had a horrible time in prison because of his alleged crime. So I am not for death in that case unless it is proven with more than the child/teenagers word. We have the three strike law here in NY State which has not lowered the crime rate much so I think it doesn't work too well. What irks me is the Insanity excuse: I am a paranoid, schizophrenic, manic depressed person but if I kill someone without defending myself from a criminal I should die. Mine is a Dell I use mostly for gaming and internet stuff. I have no idea what the specs are and I bought it a couple of years ago. It came with XP Home Edition but I have Darth Vader and other Imperial sounds installed. I use the Classic setup as I prefer it. I have Number Six (Tricia Helfer) wallpaper - Battlestar Galactica. According to reports in every Newsweek edition EXCEPT the US version this week the Taliban is retaking many areas of Afganistan. The reporters went to villages all over in some provinces and met with hundreds of insurgents meeting openly in daylight. This is depressing to me. We should have stayed to fighting there and forgeting about Iraq ( I mean not starting the war) so that we could put our resources to use in a single conflict. It doesn't help that we are stretched out with peacekeeping missions all over the place. Just my two cents worth. Also it pisses me off that the US edition has some photos of someone as the main story while the rest of the world gets the facts. - Grand Moff Conway

I am not sure Tofu. My understanding is that they couldn't save anything. They have fitted her for a prosthesis but it will not be finished for a couple of weeks yet. She has a very posative attitude and we are sure she will make it through this.-Grand Moff Conway
