I would, but somehow I don't think I'm allowed to leave the country I enter in, Mad. Tell you what, though- I'll go into particle physics research and test out that particle acceleration tunnel you guys have running the length of your country.

I plan to partake of one when I go this Spring Break with a bunch of other students. It ought to be an interesting trip, to say the least. I'm going to have to agree with mad and Eagle on the matter of Pizza, Rob. The ingredients you get in America are a far cry from their European brethren, and result in a different taste. That and you don't look Italian enough for me to believe that you are, regardless of what your family tree may say.

The manual says nothing about ground-based batteries opening up on ships in orbit during tactical combat. I'm pretty sure that they don't, and I've certainly never seen them do as much. The KDY will only fire in the event of a successful enemy planetary assault. You lose control of the system, but anything that was stationed down there, primarily in the realm of characters, will escape and hyp over to the nearest friendly planet/last "confirmed move" place.

They don't send a message saying, "This mission is a success," but informants on the planet ought to provide you with information about it, resulting in a decrease in popular support for the opposing faction.

Glad to see that the Resolution Revolution has spread so far- across space and time!

You want good Pizza? (Yes, I capitalize "Pizza" due to its religious status in my mind.) Come on down to my neck of the woods and check out this awesome place we have called Pizza Di Rock. The best Pizza you ever had, cooked fresh with your choice of toppings, plus (this is the kicker) they have TVs set up all around the place that will play your choice of DVDs of live concerts performed by anyone from Metallica to the Beatles to Queen to Beethoven. Okay, maybe not that last one, but the rest, yes.

Oops- it's a LAN game. Dang, and here I was all excited! Ah, well. Single player is still enjoyable enough.... That and I don't really want to try to figure out how to run a router all the way over between where the computers (which are on networked internet) and the PS2 are.

Supposedly Halo I for PC sucked- something to do with poor coding, I believe. I've gotten into Battlefront again, this time on PS2- awesome to play on that as opposed to a compy. How do you hook a PS2 up to the Internet, and is it free? I'd not mind going against a few forum members if it's free... If not, I can always go PC, but there I'm going to suck awfully.

JedIgor is back! To what do we owe the honor, oh randomly returning forum member? First Wormie, now Igor! Why, next thing you know we'll have Scath back, and I can pretend to be an older forum member than I am since I'll sort of know all of the core members!

It gets rid of annoying small children in a hurry... I like how you edited Fett into the background of that last picture, Jahled- very subtle. I was so proud of myself for spotting it that I almost missed Luke and Leia in the foreground when I forgot to scroll down!

You'd love some of the views that the extreme right have expressed about Britain with regards to gun control. Apparently CCTV is analogous to Orwell's Big Brother from 1984, and the fact that you aren't allowed to privately own firearms in most portions of the UK points to how you're all viewed as subjects by the overly oppressive government... that you elect. Also, because your Olympic Rifle team had to practice in Switzerland (I think it was Switzerland) while your armed forces can practice at home, you're all opposed to the idea of citizens who are capable of overthrowing their Democratically elected oppressors... The right wing nut jobs out there scare me.

Wormie! Er, yeah, there's no reason for you to remember me, but I remember you from your last check in here... I asked if you were a programmer for the game Morrowind on account of one of the programmers being known as "Wormie" and writing his name in Dwemer glyphs all over the Dwemer artifacts in the game... Yeeeaaaaaaaaaah. Welcome back.

No, Force Unleashed will not hit my PC.. evar! On the upside, the RTS genre is still primarily PC-dominated, and I like RTS games.

I suppose I can understand either or, Krytos... *Walks away to the music of violins* I submit this as a work of art: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a169/DarthTofu/homecoming07.jpg Myself, following the extremely fun and entertaining Haunted Island Project in my area back around Halloween. I was a bloody, bloody, bloody surgeon for that night and the night before. Unfortunately there are no pictures of the previous night, where my face appeared to be covered by one massive swell of semi-congealed blood- some people couldn't stomach the idea of preserving that image on digital film... That and I didn't want the parents of that four-year old ever figuring out that it was me who scared the living crap out of their kid...

http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a169/DarthTofu/business.jpg Anyone ever see that movie? I like Nickolas Cage as an actor, and I liked the small bit of it I saw.

I just found out about a Lego Indiana Jones game coming out- looks like that'll be as much fun as Lego Star Wars. Possibly. I never really played that game much, though, so I can't pass judgment. I'm totally playing Force Unleashed on my friend's X-Box 360. Awesome looking game!

No, no, no: Tex received a pension and a pair of cowboy-boots, Eagle.

My Prizm is an American-made car, but the front speakers are Blaupunsk (sp?), which are German-made and, apparently, are featured on Pimp my Ride. They seems to work well... Can I be in the Cool Car Club, now? Please? My '94 Prizm is awesome!

I collect bombs. I'd love to own a nuke, not use it, but because it would be totally sweet to show off to other bomb collectors! I'm a responsible person, and I have no record of violence, so why shouldn't I be able to own a nuke or an H-bomb, just to look at it and to collect it and show it off? The risk is just too great with some of those things, Rob, particularly the assault rifles. I'm not going to go into the knives bit.

Double post... Two days after my last post in here. Oh well. I have a reason: I'm on topic for once. Cloverfield was the most awesome thriller I have ever seen in my entire life! If you're not SOCL, picture 300, only as a thriller, and with a totally different plot, but with, at a bare minimum, an equal level of awesome. The experience was on par to having nails made of win hammered into your ears, eyes, and general body with a series of sledgehammers made of win. Standing up is actually difficult due to the painful experience with awesome you have just experienced. I'd put up spoilers, but all I think most of them would read "Event X occurs, this movie is awesome, Event Y occurs, this movie is awesome, Event Z occ- WHYTHEHELLAREYOUSTILLREADINGTHISWHENYOUOUGHTTOBEOUTATTHETHEATERWATCHINGCLOVERFIELDFORYOURSELF?!?" ... and so on and so forth. ... God, so much win in one and a half hours- it's hard to absorb! I think my pee had adrenaline in it, the movie was that good!

That's always hard, Def. I've lost one grandparent on both sides of my family, and both times it was a painful time in my life. The worst part is always surviving, though. Be sure to stick with your grandmother and to help her out. Loneliness invariably sets in when someone loses a close one, particularly a spouse, and it's important to be there for those who need it now. My condolences... And some fresh Randomness, because we can't dwell on the past forever, only so long as it takes to make sure that we do not forget it and all that it means. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a169/DarthTofu/bul.jpg[/img]]Ewwwwwwww... (Not meant to be offensive to you, Def.)

So long as there are people in the world, there will be idiots in the world. And I will hate them. Played a good ol' classic today: Age of Empires: Rise of Rome. Great old game; I can only beat it with cheats, though. The enemy always builds up way too many units to defeat them all.

*Snort* Eagle, if not for you, some members (*Cough* TEX! *Cough*) might forget that their birthday had even come around. You're the only one on the site who ever remembers. A month and two days to go... Move, time, move!
