  1. According to the book ( I didn't want to wait for the movie) Plagueis was originally Qui Gon's master who turned to the dark side and ordered the clones so that the repulblic had to use them to stop the seperatists. Palpy stole his plans.
  2. Proffessional photoshop wizards, eh? Crud, I'm not the most professional photoshop wizard ever. On the other hand, if you give me two years (Yeah, I know it's a long time and all so I won't hold my breath for a "Good job, go for it") I will have a taken a really great buisness technology class at my high school and will have a chance to work with very good software for image changing (IE Adobe photoshop and something to do with flash the I didn't understand in the one week web design class I took) Currently I can do some lower end work with Microsoft picture it and try to help. Also, would it be okay if i just E-mailed my current photo shopings? I kind of don't have a clue how to post stuff as a jpeg.
  3. oh... Darn. Well, it could be scaled down to something along the lines of just the ground assaults, or just the space battles... Though I guess that would take too much effort... Sigh.
  4. If you want to overhaul Rebellion I can pitch in some stuff. bad as I am with most computer stuff, I am a photoshop wizard (And by photo shop Wizard, I mean microsoft picture it) so I can make some pretty good looking stuff on that program and E-mail it for stuff such as characters, troops, and ships. Strictly stills, but I could help make those and I wouldn't mind... Though from what i've seen of the cards, that doesn't seem to be a problem for you guys.
  5. Here's an idea. Just something that i've thought of several times before, but might still work. What if Lucas Arts combines the new rebellion with several other games that were successful? Let me rephrase that. Let's say that you send in a team of wookie regiments to try to take over a planet with a general. They could allow the player to perform a more literal "take command" similar to the Tom Clancy games (Though minus the planning for idiots) and basically let you shoot storm troopers in a manner similar to loads of other Star Wars games. or elsse they could do it like TIE Fighter or X-wing Alliance. It's just an idea, and it would probably be easy enough for someone (Idealy Lucas Arts) to alter the programming so that it can be like the orriginal game and you don't have to take command. I'm just saying that if they want to stick to successful games, then they can patch up an old game with the succeses. Though it might require about eighty-five computers to hold all of the memory necessary Still, possibly worth a shot.
  6. Far better than mine.
  7. Thank you, oh wise and knowledgeable people of the website! I bow in thou presance (Bows). I'll try to get that stuff to work. Might wind up getting my sister to help me out, but I'll still try it. But if this somehow crashes one or more computers all the blame falls to you guys j/k. Thanks.
  8. Everyone has been saying that Anakin Skywalker didn't bring balance to the force and all. Well here's a new way to look at it. When episode one came along, there were thousands of Jedi and just two sith. Then, come Episode three, Anakin has narrowed down to a jedi knight and master against a sith knight and master. (Ie, Oda and Obie One vs. Palpatine and Vader). So technically he brought balance to the force... Unless you want to go off on the Thrawn trilogy and claim that he really didn't because Ca'baoth was already a dark jedi. Just sayin', something to think about.
  9. By transfer you mean burn it to a CD and then download that directly to the hard drive of the other computer? As I've said before, I am very un-technologically-savy-like.
  10. Tut tut tut, don't you people read the manuals? I am amazed if you didn't and still managed to play the game Anyways, I have read the manual through, and as far as I am aware there is no way in the game to transport your buildings faster accross galaxies or whatever. Secind question... No idea at all. I don't even understand it.
  11. Yeah, I'm a newb, but I'm gonna try and help, anyways. As far as i know, the only thing you really need is an admiral with high leadership ratings. At least, that works for the alliance as i found out when I tried to bombard Corruscant without an admiral... Cost me a couple of bulk cruisers before I figured that out... So, yeah, if you have an admiral, just about reguardless of you freighter's strengths, you can blow the crap out of the ground forces. In space, it's a completely different matter to the extent of my knowledge. Which is very extensive. It goes from one side of my little padded room to the other! All of five feet! Woooooooooooooo! But that advice should work.
  12. Thanks for the stuff, 'cause I know that i will eventually need it, but what i was really asking was, is there a way that I could download a mod or whatever on one computer, burn it to a CD or something, and then install it on a computer with no internet access?
  13. Hey, uh, I like just signed on to this website, so I don't know very much about it (I'm a newb! Gah!) Anyways, i play Rebellion on a computer that I have upstairs with no internet access or cable linking stuff. Can anyone give me layman's (Or even the increadibally stupid layman's) version of how I might go about downloading a mod on one computer and putting it upstairs on a windows 9...8... I think. it might be an upgraded 95. but any help would be hot. I currently have 2 internet access computers, one of which is a very new model of Dell, the other which is a fairly old Windows 2000 upgraded to XP. I don't know if you needed to know that, but I thought it might help if you did. So I'll be on the lookout for replys, here so post a reply or i shall send out the vampiric penguins I hold in my basement which doesn't exist! Yeah, umm, that was one of those random insanity fits... Anyway, any help would be most appreciated.
