This is one of the best I've seen... taking the spoilers from Episode 3 that we know and trying to combine them into a single story. phpNuke is very easy to install. Copy the files from your html folder into where you want it to install. Then use phpMyAdmin to load the nuke.sql file into your database. Finally, edit your config.php with your settings and go to your admin page to start. The rest is all customization. phpNuke is a very powerful system for addon modules and more. So this is our.. 4th effort at such a Rebellion 2. While I'm sure Igor and Eville Jedi can get a lot done, actually making this would require a dedicated team that will be hard to get. Making it open-source would help with some legal issues, but people will be expecting more information than a closed project. As to LucasArts, there is no interest in doing another RTS. They want developed games, as apparent from such as AOE engine, Battlefield 1942, etc. If pitched to them, they would shut it down.

Because it is always better to start in the middle of the action. While he not "write" all the Episodes before doing A New Hope, he did have a good background on the themes and history he wanted to explore. His first idea was a series of 12.. later 9 then 6. A New Hope was given the "Episode IV" title to reflect this as the middle of the series. With the movies success, Lucas was able to continue with Episode V and Episode VI. For more background on this history, I would read the appendix of the Star Wars Timetales or the Star Wars Annotated Bibligraphy.

Certain changes only happen with a new game. Once the game is started, the actual stats are saved with the game.. not in Rebellion's stats themselves. So for those kind of character changes, you need to start a new game.

It was certainly a good read. It just looks the rest of the books will continue in length... and years for release. Just stick to telling one story.... should not have fixed the amount of the books. Now it seems like each one will fill up until 7 is double or triple in size to the beginning books. As to the movies, the first two were good. The third one was disappointing.. it was lacking in storyline and structure. The camera tricks could not out overshadow the lacking subplots and development. Yes its darker, but did we really have to see panning of every shot? Did we really have to go through every scene transition? Did we really have to go through the whole "waking up from darkness" scene... multiple times!? I can see artistic license in telling the story, but there was no story here. Either you read the books and you already understand what happens, or you're one of the ones who didn't and don't follow it at all. (On a seperate note, Dumbledore just throws me off.. don't like really like this portrayal of him) Good notes: Hermione has the best line. And of course, some decent acting too. It was very dark compared to the other movies, as expected. Tricks with the time displacement was done quite well.

It's to destroy the enemy fleet, what else? No planets (only as background), just space. And it is real-time. Trust me, you'll love the game. Get Homeworld 1 and play it, and then get Homeworld 2 and play it.

It's more tactical, less of the mouse-clicking and more worrying about how best to quash the enemy fleet I think its very much what the tactical mode of Rebellion could have been... with better controls and graphics.
