i imagine the music pack will be working in the release of .5

well ya see me thinks i spent too much on valentines day on monday, en currently scrapped for cash, there must be a website on the internet with the music, im sure someone was crazy enough to risk uploading it.

We all love our star wars music. So the lack of a working music track for the latest versions is a wee disappointment. So my question is, does anyone know a website were we can get the great music to listen to while we destroy those pesky imperials (or rebel scum whatever). BTW dont just say kazaa. I belive that this could help everyone else with their music downloads, and that last little sentence helps me justify this topic.

so what exactly does the .big file do, seein as its included.

Oh how the .big file is driving me crazy. This is still something i've not been able to crack and that is getting the music to work. Since the new .big music file was introduced ive only ever had that sodding (its still star wars) menu music. For me this has been a nightmare having enjoyed the music in the first versions only to be without it now. Could someone please clear this up for me (ive helped enough of ya with the last versions, time to return that favour please) because honuest to god no idea why it taunts me so. Either that or can the music come as a separate install file, just like it was in earlier versions which I had no problems with (though plenty of ya had a problem with the wrong folder). I'm sure you can help me with this thrawn. What i havnt known you seem to have an uncanny ability to work it out.

and their reviews are occasionally dodgy. Masters of orion 3 got somethin like 9.1, it realy didnt deserve 9.1

fileplanet and ign give me a download speed of about 18 whatever, gamershell and 3d gamers and pretty much everyone else give me 56, now i wonder which id choose (and if ya didnt know gamespy and ign share the same download servers)

with the latest folder everythin is pretty much extracted into the data folder. The music sounds etc are placed in the music.big file. Problem is i too have pas musique (thats frech btw), except in the menu. Evil i tried using sigma extractor to take the music files out and sort them out. Problem is the extractor doesnt seem to like the music.big file. Is that message on the download page refering to this release (the one about the music pack)

totally agree with ya there. Also i dont see anybody else here making fantastic mods. Plus you dont need to upgrade your computer m8. Donate the money to evillejedi so he can continue his fantastic work on his mod (maybe a publisher will notice eventualy like they did recently with desert combat and give you some developers to help you along)

well we should wait till the full release of 0.40 atleast. Oh and if any1 does want a game pm me and ill sort one out for ya.

it would work, but as it was in the test map it'd have to be right in the centre, and it'd be pretty useless as ships could just move because of how slow it is. (homeworld 2 physics, ridicoulous but what can ya do)

the vong arnt implemented yet. And i guess i better do a clean install of homeworld 2 then install this mod. Sodding stupid homeworld 2 making me have to reinstall arg.

Ok improvement. Ive got menu music, but still no ingame stuff. I liked it before when it was just a normal file type thingy

i know theres a b5 mod out there some where, just search for it on google. Also i belive that in order of best ships its Star Wars (Mon cal cruiser cant beat it), star trek (soverign class) and then b5 (errrrm *insert cool b5 ship here*)

just copy the sound folder that was made in the homeworld 2 folder, into the data folder. Also i have this infuratin glitch where when i zoom in fully on ships the graphics just go a/.sd,foakrtpok (i couldnt put it a better way). Ya think i should probarbly just reinstall homeworld 2?
