As i quite like Zombie movies let me explain the reason for brain eating. I the first Zombie movies the living dead would simply eat the whole body (as seen in The Night of the Living Dead or Braindead). The brain eating came with the film The Return of the Living Dead (really worth seeing since it is actually rather amusing). In that film the Dead eat the Brains of the living so as to make the pain of being dead go away (rather weird I know). The Simpsons episode is a reference to that film.

I am confused Tofu. Why not simply buy a ticket for 300. Why buy one for another film and seak in to the wrong movie?
