As I said earlier the Sith comunity has based on the basis of "The strong are the only ones to survive" On Korriban, where great Sith lords lived, this caused great intestinal wars and this finally caused the sith to disappear. These days the siths are people who have fallen for the dark side and who are trying to become the leaders of the galaxy and who have studied the dark arts of the Sith.

I think Padmé will give birth to the twins and then, seeing that Anakin was beeing tempted by the dark side, She will pass them to Obi-wan so that he can hide them from Anakin's influence. Then I guess she will die trying to save him from Palpatine. Very Sad
