"Sir. A telecommunication from HQ for you in the holo room." Merick left the damaged bridge to take the turbolift to the telecommunication room. He entered the room to see a picture of Jan Dodonna who was the leader of the rebel fleet. Merick saluted. "At ease Ioor. I have a mission for you. I sought of you after reading the account of the Denab encounter. The Emire is now developping, according to intelegence, a new fighter bomber. We need to get more info. You are to raid the laboratory. We know we can not stop the developpement but we need to know more about this fighter." "Why can the commandos not do the job?" "Simply because the laboratory is on a ship which moves from system to system. I have assigned General Hechtman's fleet to help you in your mission. They are waiting on orbit of Sullust. The Rebel fleet slowly arrived into firing range of the imperials. The imperials opened fire with all their cannons. A corvette was desintegrated imediatly the others started manoeuvering to avoid the fire from the ships. Tha admiral seemed to be in quite a nervous state. Certainly not one in which to command the fleet. "To all ships. try to pass under the ISDs to avoid their Ion cannons. And aim for the Hangar bay. Engage them at point blank range." The fleet started maneouvering. The ISDs and stronger ships created a perimeter to protect the weaker ones and then the hole fleet charged towards the Interdictor. The Imperials had clearly not thought the rebels would go for such strategies and manoeuvred in total confusion. The two dreadnought passed under one of the Isd and consertrated their fire on the hangar bay. The shields of the bay collapsed leaving it unprotected. The dreadnoughts's fire set alight the bombs and missiles of a gt tie squadron causing heavy damage to the inside of the ISD. Its turrets continued firing for a few moments before its powersource failed and it started plummeting towards the planet. One of the strike cruiser exploded under the fire of the Valiant. "How long till we comme in range with the gravitation ship?" asked Merick "45 seconds Sir." There it was. It looked like a kind of rectangle with some turrets disposed on it. it had two wings with 4 strange circular objects on them. "Tell all ship to target the vessel and open fire." The entire fleet opened fire on to the ship. Its shields only held for a few moments before collapsing. The ship blew up a few seconds later. "Navigator use the planets gravity to accelerate and get us out of here¨" ordered Merick
