Well if you want to make cards you have to make the pic and then load them into rebed. to do this click on one of the cards in rebed and press on the little yellow "E" at the top of the screen you can load cards there. maybe i shall make an updated tutorial on of these days.

Welcome to the forums. It all depends. A rebel fleet should concentrate on having bulwarks, Dauntlesses, corelian gunships, B-Wings and A-Wings Imps can have more diverse kinds of ships but both teams should invest in fleet carriers to increase their fighter capacity
