Has anyone ever experienced a problem where the sound keeps cutting out on this game? It happens to me everytime I play now and all I get to hear are engines and thrusters. Very boring

I think the easiest way to determine what kind of RAM you need is to open up your computer (make sure to unplug it!!) and look at your current card. Usually it is printed on the card what kind of RAM you have. For example my card has pc-133 written beneath the card name.

I think the shortest game I've ever played was as the Rebel's on headquarters only victory and largest galaxy. I had finished it at about day 600. It was the first game that I had ever won. I was just starting to lose, so I had consolidated every single ship that I had at Bothawui, where I had just relocated my headquarters to. Being the noob that I was, I launched my fleet directly at Coruscant. When I arrived, I had to duel it out with a fleet composing of 1 assault frigate maybe 2 mon cals, and lots and lots of nebs. Against at least 3 Imps, 4 Vics, and other support ships. I won and quickly invaded the system. Victory was mine for the first time ever!!!!

Personally, I think GL screwed up on the second trilogy. He went for too many special effects over an actual story line. Don't get me wrong, I think both trilogies are great, just that ep. I and II could have been a lot better. I'm still gonna watch them over and over and over... and over and over again and again.

I've never played Battlefield Vietnam. I wouldn't know if it would run. I do have a 128MB video card, 300 some MB of RAM. Would that counter my lack of a good CPU?

I only have a 900 MHz Duron proccessor. Do you think that will be enough to run this? Nothing else is a problem, but I hope this isn't, cause that'll mean I cant play this game

What I meant was that I dont have money to spend on upgrading AND buying the game. Plus, I'm also buying Battlefront, too.

I doubt the ISD will be player controlled, but I bet it will drop fighters and bombers as well as additional troops Yippeee!!! The AT-AT is player controlled!!! This is gonna be a lot of fun.

That's a good point. I guess it would be because of the problem of where you would get those extra midi-chlorians to implant. I dont think people would happily give up their connection to the force.

Then my only problem would be the 1GHz. I hope I wont have any problems with it, cause I dont got the money to upgrade my comp.

Now that's an interesting idea. It would explain the freedom of choice that exists in the Star Wars universe. It also gives me an idea. What if the force does not seek any balance. The dark side and the light both are part of the force. If the book Traitor was right, then there is no difference between the light and dark within the force. If that was true, then the force would have no need for balancing. This need to balance the force would be little more than an excuse for the Jedi to hunt down the Sith and other dark jedi. This is, of course, not to say that hunting down dark jedi is bad, just that this idea to balance the force is just an idea, and that the need does not exist. One can only hope

those emotions make anyone stronger and would more likely allow them to draw upon the force more heavily than a light jedi who is acting without emotion. The way I see it, is that the force showed Luke only what he needed to see to get him to leave Yoda. It was showing him what would happen if he didnt leave his training. I do not think that anyone can really go against the will of the force. It may seem like it, but really it is all part of the force's plan....If that makes any sense I think that the force is really how it is portrayed in the NJO. It seems to make more sense to me. If the force really had 2 sides, then how could it encompase all living things. Besides, a Jedi has to chose whether to be dark or light. The force doesnt chose for them.

The force would only have one will. You forget that there is no dark side of the force. The darkness only comes from the individual, not the force (if you dont belive me then read Traitor). Surely the force has a plan those with evil hearts and trys to keep them in balance, but I dont think that it would have two different minds. Everything would have to be a part of the force's plan, whatever that is, of course

If these are complete records, then how can characters be missing?

Thats exactly right. You only need more fighters than the Alliance to prevent them from doing trench runs. They do, however, have to be deployed. They cant be sitting in your star destroyers doing nothing.

What i've found out is that the higher the damage control rating, the faster ship systems will repair in tactical. Just to test it I had increased damage control so high that any damage done to the ship would be repaired between volleys!

I should have known. I was told that by Future Shop They dont know anything. Of course, they were trying to sell me a computer and the Athlon was more expensive than the pentium...

AMD 2800 means that your processor is the equivalent of a 2800 MHz Pentium. The only difference is that the Athlon processors cycle about 2 times for every one cycle of the Pentium. The Athlon doesn't have more power per cycle than the Pentium (therefore the 1.6GHz), but it cycles many more times than a Pentium will.

What I wanted to know was how you chose those combinations. Like, did you get a unit and have to bring it somewhere to activate it, or did it bring up a different screen?

My favourite jedi from the movies would have to be yoda. My absolute favourite would have to be Jacen Solo. He doesn't do a lot of fighting but he's undoubtedly one of the wisest jedi around.

How did you choose the unit? Other than that I think I know how to do that. It involves a lot of work with the triggers to do, but it can be done.

Not only that but make sure you keep updating your virus scan regularly and as often as you can. It can get annoying trying to keep up with all the updates, but it's woth it.
