  1. Well congrats and welcome
  2. I got the same question. Do you every turn sides? When they do turn traitor do they foil every mission they are on? I seem to remember them not foiling every mission? Don't remember since I retire them almost immediately after they turn.
  3. Does the KDY-150 do anything? I have attacked planets that had one or two and had 1 or 2 LNRs but the only damage I see is damage from the LNRs. Maybe I should try to bombard a planet that has only a KDY on it and see what happens?
  4. Put a sign on his back. All that disappoint me die.
  5. I would hate to be any in the command structure of Darth Vader. I like promotions but not one that will get me killed for someone else's mistake.
  6. To many possibilities to keep track of.
  7. Those values are for a prized planet. You know like HQ or main shipyard planet. I may be overstating my defenses a little since I have not played agains a human player before.
  8. Here are my twins: Astro Mech Droids -- This model of droid lies in the middle of the Openness dimension because although they are generally rule bound and conservative, they are also creative and often ingenious in their approach to the problem at hand. Admiral Ackbar -- This rebel Admiral is renowned for his great powers of organization, responsibility, and administrative abilities. He is individual who can be relied upon. "Old Ben" Kenobi -- this crazy old hermit isn't seen much. He doesn't appear to desire company, keeping himself to himself. Obi-Wan Kenobi -- This loyal, kind, and honorable young Jedi is a good man. Princess Leia -- A confident & calm individual who does not crack under pressure (e.g.,. when being threatened by Lord Vader). She is brave and relaxed, even when in great danger (e.g., when disguising herself as a bounty hunter to gain access to Jabba the Hutt's palace).
  9. I'am sorry Dude, I thought you were playing against the AI. I have only started one game against another person. Here are my thoughts though they have not been proven so take them at face value. I would have 4-5 GenCors, 12-18 Mon cal troops, 2-3 turbo lasers, 12-18 starfighters, a general, and commander on any planet I did not have an active fleet protecting it. That is if it was worth protecting. From there I would go down a few of each.
  10. I do as well. But it is no fun because the AI does not build them that big. Though have have been attacked with 6 SSD and about 10 ISD at once.
  11. I agree with Sith. I build up a fleet first and then go there. I usually colonize my HQ sector and another before I ever get a big enough fleet to start pushing the imps around. Though I don't forget about Sesswana sector either. I do what I can to maintain a planet in that sector. Usually rush about 12 troops and built two GenCores so they can not take it over. That way I have a launching base to Coruscant.
  12. I liked the all but about 5-7 minutes of the movie. The *cover eyes* celebration *cover eyes* scene was totally unnecessary. Yes, a scene of celebration should have been in there and the love scene with Neo and but the nudity/orgy was the down fall in my mind. But I am a Christian and don't like to see that kind of thing. The rest of the movie was a good continuation of the first. The action scenes where great and the fact that neo is not all powerful was also shown (Big Smith fight). The fact that Neo can fly only proves that with an open enough mind you can do anything. Yes, I agree there are lots of unanswered questions but that is what the third movie is for. The only reason there is a third movie is because they (Movie makers) did not think they could market a 4+ hour matrix movie. Anyway, I liked 98% of the movie. The third movie is on my list to see this fall.
  13. When you assign someone to a mission there is to folder tabs at the top of the window that lists who is on the mission. One tab is the mission operators and one is the decoy. When you push the tab it will bring up a window that allows you to move people back and forth. The description may be sketchy since it is from memory.
  14. I will have to try that and see if I can gather some data.
  15. I agree and have tried but I can never be sure the AI has not moved someone new to the planet or removed someone. With a two player game and both people working on the same goal you can control those unknowns.
  16. No... I let the game go for at least 2000 days before I swash the Empire. That is what was so surprising on about day 900
  17. Ok... I can get the mission completed with no problem. Don't get me wrong these are good and appreciated suggestions. I guess what I am asking is there someone that can set up a two person game and test the above question? I don't have the ability to play two person. So... If someone could set up a two person game just with the intent of testing who can get the mine destroyed with 6 storm troopers that information could be used to theorize whether the detection ratings of the storm troopers are added up or averaged. Given several repeated varied simulations (with general, star fighters, fleet) someone could come up with almost exactly what the stats for someone would have to be complete a given mission.
  18. The only time I retire a player is when they turn sides. When it happens I have all ready recruited everyone that I can and it will not let me recruit anyone else. What uses do you have for a character that has turned on you?
  19. Do remember that there are times in history, when historic battles where won by armys that where greatly out numbered. It is not inconceivable.
  20. I am looking for someone to create me a card using my son's photograph. It was Halloween and he is dressed up as a Jedi. He looks a lot like Anakin in TPM. He is learning to play the game and it would be cool for him to see himself in the game.
  21. I don't like natural disasters either. I was playing a game a couple of weeks ago and my heavily fortified rebel HQ was just vaped. Went from the perfect research center and defensive position to one energy slot. Can't defend that. Still creamed the Empire though
  22. That is the truth! The empire could have won but did not use there resorces correctly.
  23. forgot to spell check
  24. The success rate is still pretty low... about 15 %. It does seem to work that way for me. My guess initially matches yours. Who ever is the force user is tied up with Vader or Palpy and the other person is taking care of buisness.
