  1. Like I said when I got the brief preview a few days ago: I love it, classic LaForging
  2. *a whirlwind zooms by* You scored: 15 / 20 Total points: 150 The average score for this quiz: 9 / 20 Yeah, Q4 was definitely better than the 2nd, although I nearly went nuts in the part, where you were captured with trying to find a way out
  3. *drops in, out of the shadows and looks at Krytos' post* Yup, what the dude said *expertly hides again ... you know, in the shadows*
  4. *has a flashback of seeing wormie tumble around, screaming Aaaaadriaaaaaan* Right, now for the part about broken bones and where it applied to my index finger's central joint. Let's say it was a basketball pass that ... failed ... to pass my hand just by a bit. A bit of that joint in the finger broke loose, but luckily my fear of losing mobility in it didn't come true. At first I didn't think it'd be broken and since we were in the middle of warmup in a gym class I kept going. Afterwards, throughout the Volleyball game I wondered if it might be sprained, since it kept swelling, so I took a timeout and told the teacher I'd see a doc about it. After changing my clothes, I let a very thin jet of cool water dribble down it and it felt like the finger was struck by a hammer. Clenching my teeth I thought "Ok ... maybe it's broken...."
  5. Heya, I hope you've already seen what I wrote earlier on the other place you can see now. Give up hope, you mustn't. See through this, you will, dude. Ps: a normal mp3 player is usually cheaper. Got one with SD cards, that fits neatly into my palm ^^
  6. I will include you both in my prayers, Paul. We've both been part of this community's interior equipment for several years now and I wouldn't have it any other way I hope they'll find you a transplant kidney soon enough, so you won't have to endure the dialysis for so long. Trust the force, you need to.
  7. The models in this forum's download section are all for Rebellion and they were all made from scratch You can preview the ones I converted on my site (yup, I know I gotta fix the layout). As for Warlords, you'd have to check the StarWars mods section of the download area, or visit eville's sitedirectly.
  8. Happy birthday, my friend [old geezer voice] Ahh, I remember it like yesterday, when I was your age, some 10 ... 11 years ago. We had a great beach party in Italy, while on a school excursion. [/old geezer voice] You also get your driver's license with 18 in Switzerland, right ?
  9. Ahh, yeah. She's probably still there with TF. *sighs* I've seen a lot of people vanish in that game. Sometimes you wouldn't see fellow students for weeks
  10. Thumper, don't forget BBL. Although I think she's also more on the lurking side for several months, now. BBL, if you can read this, just prove me wrong
  11. Never tried, if newer versions of the smackerw32.dll can handle newer .smk or even .bik files. However, you can download an older version of smacker 3.0 from my site. That one works well and we're converting the movies for Reloaded with it, too
  12. Yeah, Kara Nostril … errr .. Nessis . Sounds good and Keira Knightley has already appeared as a SW char (a handmaiden in EPI).
  13. Ah, that's weird, because: -they're both the same -the program uses its own way of unpacking the rmds
  14. I stopped making those a few years ago and I stick to that
  15. Hey, it must be getting cold outside, since all the old faces huddle together again inside the forum, to heat up the posting frequency again
  16. Hi, I'm sorry but I'm mostly working on helping to finish Rebellion Reloaded right now, so I can't make any promises on when I'll be able to release other new models at the moment. I've got one cruiser lying around somewhere, that needs some fixing, though. Mad, you know the Mc80 "Pearly Wingless" ? That's one you don't need to worry about
  17. The defender is fixed, btw. I've just sent it back to Krytos Splines are great, yeah. I've used it a lot for more organic looking models, but they also work fine with angular ships. But in the end I often just decide it on a whim what to use for any given hull, or sub-object. *shrug*
  18. Look for overlapping faces and the right palette in the texture, Mad
  19. Hmm, inverted faces, you say ... hmm. Sure, fire it my way and I'll take a look at it. Btw, I just remembered something likewise
  20. http://swnr.themaw.net/ But I think Zeelich quit (once more) Perhaps, if enough people contact him, he's gonna come out of retirement again
  21. It is an amazing, little program, but the sole credit for it goes to vakundok
  22. Be sure not to say this to CC or Garin
  23. Can't recall in which tutorial I mentioned that, but cloned parts should best be attached to the main body. You could also try the make unique modifier, but in general I just attach everything, once I'm done with modelling. Of course, then again I have to break it apart for the texturing ...
  24. save the files as 8 bit 22khz, or as (128kb) mp3s, though. I'm still on dial-up, until the next semester starts
  25. Hey, a buddy just emailed me that. Looks like the Opera people are giving away free registration codes for the 10th anniversary. http://my.opera.com/community/party/reg.dml Your chance to remove those pesky ads
