  1. So, that means, it can happen, that no jedis will be found in a game??
  2. (Radical Star Destroyer, of course..)
  3. Jahled? Is your kitty still with us?
  4. Oh, you ruthless boy, you!
  5. well I guess it needs more then that I used low quality photos for some of my cards. Woa, it can be quite difficult to rebuild it...
  6. The stupid crowd just didn' like Rebellion 1, so it failed on market If it would be a bestseller, we could be now on SWR4's fan site My brother is learning programming in school. I already told him, that he will be the one who makes Rebellion moddable. "It is your destiny!"
  7. But what about finding the force senisitve characters? How many Jedis are in a large game? I thought 3, but in my newest game, I only found 2 with Vader...
  8. Incredible what an effect Zoot still has on this community By the way.. What's up with your cat Jahled?
  9. Yes, some correctures will be needed. If you have something Jahled, let me now. Perhaps I can help you with the Photoshop part
  10. I didn't check the jedi probablity. I think that, if there are no minor imp characters, it doesn't mean that there twice as much force sensitives on the reb side...
  11. Just few simple ideas, tests: I checked the recruitment box for rebels on each minor character. The game didn't crash, my only characters were palpy and Vader. I send them to recruitment missions, but as there was no other imp agent, all rec. missions failed. The rebels could recruit the imperial agents, and had the key staff (Ozzel, Veers, Jerjerrod, Piett) at the beginning. I tried this on the imperial side too, and it works the same way ...
  12. Ok, tested it. Answer wrote to the rebellion editing forum: Recruitment
  13. Sure, i just tought somebody already has.. hmm La forge leaves the room and goes testing.
  14. So here is a new artwork. It's also not defined, but could be a picture for Joorus in the upcoming TC. The original: http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0RADKAg8TTW11SdDN7AfgS4bNb*baRygRKSvyVWS2a*9wR0PKa19t*rBGSh9BRAWmPqyGOxA2ds9ZARktvR5rxUUQG07AMQlG8EdsmrCXW18/7860413B.jpg?dc=4675427782064939988 And the altered: http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0RADOAnEUkMRYj6nhcousfR1bzfm6V7VnI0DHfZIxAqOV0nDqI6fNnYrkinjJI6OxMiBH!fVPeOSvX86tF8CYJOscRhM4gK!Us0ejcAKygnY/laforge1.jpg?dc=4675442598148946026 It's not finished yet, minor modifications will be done only. I will consult with the card creators team about it.
  15. I'm working on this project. I just need good source photos for it, so please send me some, if you have
  16. We had this discussion couple of months ago. Igor's right about the game engine problem. But just remember Sim City 2000. You could save your city and load it into Sim Copter, so you could fly in your own city... So two, fully different engined games can cooperate perfectly. I think, it's not that complicated at all. On a sabotage mission, you could place a 'flag' on that mission, then save the game. JKII opens it, searches for the flag, picks the correct character skin, and loads some level (sihpyard, mine or factory...) with ai controlled enemy units. On the and of the mission JK could analyse the result (simple boolean: completed:true/false, killed in action:true/false... )This is NOT impossible! But surely needs modding. I had the same thought on tactical battles with XWA. I even replayed some of my battles in Rebellion with XWA... some mechanism could save your fleets parameters, and an external program could load this information to an XWA skirmish.
  17. Well, yes. That's what it is. Not more, not less..
  18. Wonderwoman? WTF? How did you get that stupid link
  19. Okay, okay I'm fine for now! But close all windows and lock all doors for the night, cause you never now when the sinobi's revenge will come for you. It might happen tonight...... It might happen tommorow evening...... It might... not happen at all ......but, but be afraid, okay? Thank you. Just a few thoughts about ninjas: a cloaked hitman. They were active in the medieval Japan. I like them, yes . In a feudal empire, where people should work on fields or die for his daimjo's as a samurai, ninjas were some kind of individuals with own perspectives an ideology (I don't know how to say that in english). Yes they were killers, bad guys. Everybody hate(d) them, the political leaders feared them. But samurai were killers too. Only difference is, that ninjas were not brainwashed with example: rules of the bushido. They understood the nature's harmony bether than anyone else did. Most of them were very cultivated and learned people. And the fact, that we know only very few things about them is the evidence for that they kept they secret and ideology, brought it in grave with them. And secret thing often became mystical things, so the ninjas became heroic and mystical in the 18th century, and also in the 80's. Sadly ALL ninja movies were crappy, so the ninja image became very unrealistic these days... Sorry for the boring story lesson
  20. Yes, thank you. I have too much freetime now, so I'll spend some here too Quick question: What about Scath's letter to the creators of Rebellion? Was there any conclusion?
  21. What happens, when all checks are at the side of the rebellion? No minor agents for the empire?
  22. Anyone having problems with ninjas?
  23. Hi buddy! Ninja stuff here? WOW. Lot's of things have been changed around here. where is SOCL and Dude21. Can find them in the forums anymore. Glad you're still active...
  24. I've completed it on both sides too. Did Kenobi say that the easy way is only leading to the dark side? Well I think, completing it as a dark jedi is much harder, than joining the light side. If you are choosing the dark side, you must battle everybody! That's not fair The games engine is too old for the job. The characters faces were ugly, and Luke face on the briefing and debriefing screen is simply idio.. well, funny The storyline was interesting, but that Tavion (or whatever is the name) is a very typical stereotype of the 21st century's entertainment "garden". A supermodel, superstrong, supermartialartist, superevil Femme fatale. An evil b*tch Not really scary or realistic at all. What do you think, hmm?
