Untimely, what you saw is the Millenium Wheel, also knwn as the London Eye. It's pretty cool, and does give you a good view of Londinium.

 

Jahled, i agree, i shall now go and purchase the Millenium Dome and empty it. The i shall sit in the very middle and achieve a high state of meditation and then start levitating.
