I already knew what I was getting/got in advance, seeing as I got my car stereo system about a month and a half early and installed it in mid-January. I got the Family Guy Blue Harvest from my sister, and two new pairs of shoes... My feet are size fourteen. Finding two size fourteen shoes in a store is, believe it or not, an event worthy of celebration in my household. My friends gave me a CD of old songs from Supernatural and (arriving tomorrow, unfortunately) Revelation, the newest LotF book, which comes out today (on my birthday!)... Despite the fact that I told them not to get anything. DarthTofu Posted February 29, 2008 Share Posted February 29, 2008 About 42 posts ago. So now that I'm seventeen I officially have to start looking at colleges, and I've found my dream school- Olin. Getting in will be hard as hell, and there's a little bit under a one in five chance of me making it. On the up side, if I do make it in, the entire education is covered by a scholarship valued at $130,000. Yeah, wowzas. It's the only school that I've found so far that is not only an amazing engineering institute, but also encourages students to take a liberal arts class or two (My fiction writing can (hopefully) grow if I make it in!) The school is uber competative, but it seems like they choose nice people for the student body and the like. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be able to take AP Physics next year, so that might hurt my chances unless I take a summer course at the community college (Which I likely will if I need to- I rock at Physics).
