Krytos Posted July 15, 2007 Share Posted July 15, 2007 As unfortunate as that is, most modern PCs would still be powerful enough to run a "lower" quality version of the game. Limit some effects, drop the highest detail models and probably drop down the physics in the game etc. Hell, they could even be really annoying and make it use a physics card (wouldn't be the first game .. maybe the last though ).It was annoying when the game was first announced, that it was going to be next gen only - but now they're porting a "reduced" version of the game to run on PS2, PSP and Nintendo DS! Why not PC then? It's not as if LucasArts have dropped the PC titles completely - and whilst the latter two platforms won't excell in anything special graphics wise, the PS2 version would be pretty good and a decent port (in other words NOT Halo 1) would run fine on PCs.
