Corellian Corvette

Corellian Corvette is an Alliance capital ship in Star Wars: Rebellion. The in-game encyclopedia describes a mid-sized capital ship built in the Corellian shipyards, with a long record of service. It is 150 meters long and has a reasonable level of shielding and weapons. It can work as a cargo transport or as a front-line warship. Because it sees so much action with Corellian pirates and the Alliance, it has the nickname Blockade Runner.

The Corellian Corvette costs 14 refined material to build and 23 to maintain. It carries no fighters or troops. Its shield strength is 200.

The infobox values come from the game's data file. Ratings such as hyperdrive and maneuverability are internal numbers that the manual does not explain, so they are best used to compare ships.

The Corellian Corvette is the CR90 corvette, built by the Corellian Engineering Corporation and closely associated with the Rebel Alliance as a fast, flexible warship and courier.

Speed and flexibility made these corvettes popular with fleets of every sort. The CR90 in particular came to be identified with the Rebel Alliance, which relied on it in the struggle against the Galactic Empire. Its best-known example, the Tantive IV, figured prominently in the chain of events preceding the Battle of Yavin, since it was involved in the theft of the Death Star plans. Toughness and adaptability helped turn the CR90 into an emblem of resistance and hope during the Galactic Civil War.
