Assault Transport

From Star Wars: Rebellion Wiki Original 1.02

Assault Transport is an Imperial capital ship in Star Wars: Rebellion. The in-game encyclopedia says it is built to deliver assault troops anywhere in the galaxy quickly, with little or no escort. It carries only one regiment. Its firepower, speed and maneuverability still let it attack lightly defended systems alone. It also has the fastest hyperdrive available. The 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770 renames it the Gladiator Star Destroyer but keeps its stats.

In the game

The Assault Transport costs 12 refined material to build and 29 to maintain. It has a fighter capacity of 0 and a troop capacity of 1. Its shield strength is 300.

The infobox values come from the game's data file. Ratings such as hyperdrive and maneuverability are internal numbers that the manual does not explain, so they are best used to compare ships.

The manual's ship table gives the same capacity: 0 fighters and 1 troop.
