The Arquitens Light Cruiser is an Arquitens-class light cruiser built by Kuat Drive Yards and widely used by the Galactic Empire for patrol, escort and support.

Arquitens Light Cruiser is a ship in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the game slot that the original game gives to the Carrack Light Cruiser, and has that slot's costs and stats.

History

Recognizable by a slim hull and a long bridge, this cruiser class saw wide use by the Galactic Empire. Its duties included patrolling, escorting and supporting other forces, and its flexibility made it a familiar sight wherever the Empire worked to keep order. After the Death Star was destroyed, Arquitens-class light cruisers stayed a vital part of the Imperial Navy, especially in smaller operations where agility and moderate weaponry suited the job best. Taking part in numerous conflicts, they proved dependable and adaptable across many tactical situations.

In the game
