Voss
Voss is a temperate world of forests, mountains, oceans and plateaus. The Gormak and Voss are native, and Humans also live there. Its society is shaped by Force-sensitive mystics.
Voss is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Firro.
History
Voss stays fairly isolated from the galaxy's larger conflicts. The mysterious Voss Mystics, renowned for formidable Force powers and foresight, still guide the planet's society and keep their leading role in its rule. The Empire and the Rebellion both knew what the Mystics might offer, yet each chose to stay away and respect Voss's neutrality. That choice let the world keep its distinct culture and customs through troubled times, while its people went on probing their enigmatic bond with the Force.
In the game
In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Outer Rim East sector; the original game calls it the Farfin sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
