Teth

Teth is a world of jungle lowlands and tall mesas, home to Hutts and Humans. It is associated with high technology, luxury goods and food.

Teth is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Joiol.

History

Teth remains a distant outpost on the edge of the galaxy. Its past as a battleground and stronghold continued, with factions competing for its resources and strategic position. Dense jungles and high plateaus gave cover to those seeking shelter or planning secret operations. As the galaxy grew more turbulent, the planet's remoteness drew many individuals and organizations hoping to stay out of the conflict, and its name as a place that keeps secrets and enables covert activity only grew.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Bothan Space sector; the original game calls it the Orus sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
