Telos IV
Telos IV is a temperate world of beaches, canyons, forests, grasslands, hills and mountains, with large cities and many species. Its economy centres on luxury goods, food, technology and tourism.
Telos IV is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Tierfon.
History
Telos IV stood as a symbol of endurance after hardship. Efforts to heal the planet after its earlier devastation went on, with several organizations cooperating to restore its formerly lush ecosystems. It also sheltered refugees displaced by war elsewhere. Its orbiting stations grew strategically valuable, aiding various factions, yet the residents stayed devoted to reconstruction and to keeping their world going as proof of their unbreakable resolve.
In the game
In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Sith Worlds sector; the original game calls it the Sumitra sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
