Kalee

From Star Wars: Rebellion Wiki 25th Anniversary patch

Kalee is a varied world of arctic, arid, temperate and tropical regions, with canyons, rainforests and seas, home to the native Kaleesh and exporting food, medicine, technology, weapons, exotic animals and mercenaries.

Kalee is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Togoria.

History

Kalee kept its fame for martial culture and the combat ability of the native Kaleesh. When the Galactic Civil War grew more intense, the planet's strategic weight increased. Both the Empire and the Rebels tried to recruit the fierce Kaleesh warriors or win them as allies, hoping to put their combat abilities to use. With politics shifting around them, Kalee's people were caught between the two powers, facing both opportunities and difficulties. Under this outside pressure, the proud martial traditions of Kalee continued and shaped its part in the struggle.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Outer Rim North sector; the original game calls it the Atrivis sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
