Exegol

From Star Wars: Rebellion Wiki 25th Anniversary patch

Exegol is a hot, dry, rocky desert world inhabited by humans and Symeong, lying in a remote and little-known corner of the galaxy far from the main powers.

Exegol is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Rafa.

History

Exegol, distant and secretive, was mostly unaffected in the immediate aftermath of the Death Star's destruction. It stayed on the edge of charted space, far from the main conflicts, so little is known about what happened there or who lived there at the time. Its isolation kept it undisturbed while the war continued elsewhere, though its obscurity and distance left open the chance that it might matter later.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Unknown Regions sector; the original game calls it the Quelli sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
