Ajan Kloss

Ajan Kloss is a humid jungle moon in Mandalorian Space, with forests, cliffs, valleys, grottos and oceans, home to Humans and a wide mix of other species.

Ajan Kloss is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Akrit'tar.

History

Ajan Kloss, previously an obscure world, rose in importance as a strategic site for military operations. After the destruction of a major space station, the Rebel Alliance built a base there, using the dense forests and the moon's remoteness as concealment. The installation, known as the Resistance Base, grew vital to the planning and launch of missions against the tyrannical regime. Later the moon also held valuable assets and trained young would-be pilots and fighters. It stayed a crucial bastion for people battling for freedom and justice.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Mandalorian Space sector; the original game calls it the Calaron sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
