April 2, 200719 yr Wow...really nice... I'm afraid it'll eat my mod, but it still looks really good! Where exactly am I supposed to put it? I currently have it in my mod's XML folder, but what if I want to edit other XMLs with it? April 2, 200719 yr Author Well put the Editor where you want to edit XMLs , in future versions i will integrate a "select directory dialog". But not now
April 2, 200719 yr This thing doesn't want to start, I put all the files in the xml directory of my mod, and it says something like this: "rg.jdom.IllegalDataException: The data "- 8.0f " is not legal for a JDOM comment: Comment data cannot start with a hyphen.. Editor will shut down... Why is this? http://miniprofile.xfire.com/bg/bg/type/2/Darksitheduardo.png
April 2, 200719 yr I got that as well, you need to search that file and delete a hyphen in it, that line has three, and it confuses the program. where it says <--- Override_Auto_Resolveit should be <-- Override_Auto_Resolve
April 2, 200719 yr And where is that supposed to be? http://miniprofile.xfire.com/bg/bg/type/2/Darksitheduardo.png
April 3, 200719 yr I got that as well, you need to search that file and delete a hyphen in it, that line has three, and it confuses the program. where it says <--- Override_Auto_Resolveit should be <-- Override_Auto_Resolve your a god sent my friend. i couldnt figure that out. thanks ;D
April 3, 200719 yr y/w JeteyeEJMM, its in GameConstants.xml, not sure of the row number, best bet is to search "Auto_Resolve" until you find it. EDIT: Typo Edited April 3, 200719 yr by Shadin
April 4, 200719 yr Quick suggestion to mith_rawn_undo, could you maybe make a planet creator if you haven't already or if nobody's mentioned it yet? That would be a great help. Thanks for doing this for everyone.
April 4, 200719 yr Yeah. Though it is good, I'm not using it right now because it doesn't seem to have enough filters. Still, great job! I love the color creator!(I will use that) "I feel fantastic and I'mStill Aliveand when you're dying I will beStill Aliveand when you're dead I will beStill AliveSTILL ALIVE"~GLaDOSAnybody who thinks Palpatine is a sepratist knows NOTHING about star WarsWhen in doubt- rocket it.Dowload The Underworld's Might beta from Filefront!
April 4, 200719 yr Author What you mean by "not having enough filters" ? I'm sorry don't understand that, I could imagine some ppl dont like the amount of "tags" I used, because there are so many, but too few?I have plans to make the whole Filter-Thing much more manageable, in an older version I *had* a FilterCreator integrated but because I changed some other things I had to disable it. In future it will be possible to create a Filter named "Build" and decide for yourself what attributes should be shown. @Planet Creator : If you mean a galaxyEditor , i will make this but not now. If you mean just so you can edit values of planets, right now I wont make sth like that, simply because i dont have time. Anyways you *can* edit planets with the editor, you just need to add the missing "tags" to one Filter.
April 4, 200719 yr I mean, the tags per filter are perfect, but there's no planet, faction, gamecontsant, gameobject etc filter. April 4, 200719 yr Author I see really no problem to add this, will be in the next version (the "other" filters, not galaxy editor )
