Fixed the orbital bombardment being ugly.

Also balanced it. (less Shots per Volley, higher cost/buildtime, higher tech level)

If you look closely you can see flamethrower tanks in the background

thanks man, i got another idea if you need one, its minor though i assure you. the ships rebel feild commanders land in, reskin them and scale them up and replace the mando barrager barge with them, they look alot better anyhow

lol ok, your mod, btw, just use them as something else then. since the mandos dont really have a faction tactic how about you give their ships an innate self destruct ability when they get down to 5 % health. I mean, they would die for the name of mandalore that way while damaging enemie ships

What about, I make them volatile when destroyed

Like the Minelayer, they would auto-self destruct in the last second

 

That's kinda the reason I gave many of the units self destruct ...but of course, more is better.

The Darklance - Interceptor V frigate.

 

Fixing the imbalance in GC with the consortium having the Merciless (which WTFPWNS) in while everyone else is tech 1.

Tyber gets the Darklance as a ship until you buy black market tech 4 (rebel), thereby unlocking Krayt-class Destroyers and replacing the Darklance with the Merciless.

 

I chose the Interceptor-IV as a base because Tyber uses an I-4 before the Merciless is unlocked during the Carida mission. Its also the only ZC ship left without a hero variant. And yes, I have finally started to recognize the existence of the play mode "Galactic Conquest". Damn, its a bugger to test though.

 

No, no release yet, still have to do a LOT of fixing plus add a few more things...hehe

who cares, Darklance sounds better. D803 and i have been coming up with some ideas all last night, all we need is a modeler that can model ships. i cant model ships for my life.

Cut content. Its debatable. Besides, wasn't the Twi'lek Dancer listed a Barloz or something? It was way back when I read that article...

I didn't do any research, so I wouldn't know, or I would have used Twi'lek Dancer and saved myself an afternoon thinking up a name! Now...I feel an attackment to it since I wasted an afternoon on it. (lol)

Totally true. Maybe you should reuse darklance for something else though, more fitting. It's just an Interceptor IV, anyways.

Do the mandalorians in Honor's call build Dreadnoughts?

 

It would make sense, since the design was mandalorian in the first place...

Yeh, if I can get a model, I'll make the Darklance into either the Mandalorian Death Star Killer unit, a refurbirshed version of this, or another hero ship...but I'll think about that later, if I do get new models.

 

And no, I don't have Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers in the mod, if someone finds me a non-warlords model, I may use it (I want to keep it low on warlords models).

 

EDIT: Due to the fact that the Mandos used Nuclear Missiles, I'm going to change the text for the Barrager...heck, how is an ionic bond between two metals (Strontium/Aluminum) possible anyway?

LOW dreadnought is non-warlords. You have to ask Fosh for permission though. And it's not better than warlords one rigged by KOF.

The model itself looks pretty good. However, they don't list the bones (it may have more or less hardpoints slots that can be used).

I'll ask Fosh, and then I'll ask UEAW. I know the UEAW one is on par with KOF's conversion in therms of rigging. I'm pretty sure LOW's is pretty good too.

 

I doubt they'll let me use it since the LOW dreadnaught is now property of z3r0x's mod, and UEAW is well, UEAW's. I'll probably also ask for the Assault Gunboat too .
