People, the database isn't corrupt. Phpbb just doesn't like certain cookie settings. I'm playing around with them to get your login to stay logged in. The email error has already been fixed (a bug in phpbb /w php5 compatibility).

 

Unfortunately, these aren't the kind of issues you can track without putting the forum live.

What exactly is the avatar problem? Are they still in the database or will we have to re-upload them when this is sorted out?

All the people who had avatars uploaded on the last forum will have to upload them again here I think.

 

Also JI I have problems - it keeps loging me of from time to time.

After clicking 3 links I auto cutout.....It's getting annoying now.

It logged me out when I went to reply.

 

Haven't had any phpBB errors though.

 

I think it would be a good idea to back up the database, clean out out the current installion of phpBB files and install the very latest from http://www.phpbb.com. Its easy to do.

We need JI for that. It log's me out too but after 2-3 trys I manage to post.

 

In the admin pannel its written that we don't have the last version. And I don't seem to be able to do the operation you mention since it logs me out quite often in the admin panel. Its a question of luck there.

Well my messages are now marked as unread even when I marked them as read. Well I would help you but seeing as i'm using a school computer and internet I can only do so much. Also my computer is being reformated and viruses and spam is blocking my access to the internet. Gotta wait for my friend to give me Norton since this is just pathetic at what people do to screw your rear up.

Aren't the move issues supposed to be posted in the thread created for it in the announcements forum? This thread should be locked IMO, but I am not a modderator.
