I'm number 7841 with a time of 4.640 seconds... Though looking at all those people at the top, they have to be cheating... Atleast I hope they're cheating ^.^

It'd be a simple matter of creating a program that enters a specified list of keystrokes in the shortest amount of time possible?

#5840 with 3.937 seconds. Pretty fast if I do say so myself.
