A couple of Counter-strike forums I've been to are absolute hell... I tend to avoid large forums like gamespot, gamespy, and such for they seem to breed the most idiots. Though the Atari UT2k4 mod forum is not bad at all, they're the ones who got me into modding.

Yeah all of the official forums are crap its like looking at the same 5 threads repeated over, and over, again. SSD's and all that crap. I think these forums are more serious cause A.) Their not official (yet!) B.) their not as easy to find. Thanks god for that!
