My new website is up! I got rid of the old one because the host was very lame and I was experiencing a lot of downtime. I now use Blue Host, and its been great so far. And the best part is that my blog is actually attached to the site!!!

On my old site, I did. I have to go and make a links page still. The thing was that my old website had a ridiculous number of pages, so Im trying to think about what to bring over to this site. The links page is next on the list.

Just finished watching Battlestar Galactica yesterday. Great show, sad to see it go. The end was interesting, I really had hoped they'd run into an earth that had tech similar to theirs, maybe even resurection for humans, and had something to do with a lot of the mysteries going around (ie. Cara Thrace's Jesus like moment of dying, being brought back to lead them on etc.). However, I kind of liked the way it ended as well, with the mystery surrounding character's destiny's, what happened to Cara, and what was with the Gias and Number 6 that "were meant to be figments but were really angels" and then those two walking around modern earth.

I still have to get my hands on the first season of BG. How many seasons in all are there?

There is the 3 hour miniseries, then 4 seasons of TV episodes. The season 1 DVD will include the 3 hour miniseries.

 

I figured the ending was going to be that way. It's obvious when the whole point is all this will happen again...

I actually wasn't satisfied with the last 20 min conclusion. As a viewer, you mean the entire time ... they went through genocide and such because God did it?. Oh great, wow I don't know whether to be happy or not if I'm seeing Angels in my head..

Yeah, there were a few faults with the logic - but it finished on a better note than the "meet up with present earth and get nuked by us because the cylons were already here" idea they had.

 

Also, there's at least one more movie called Razor set between seasons ... ahh ... when the Galactica meets up Pegasus, but after they live on New Caprica.

I was listening to the radio and a familiar song came on which made me think back to 1998-1999. It conjured up memories of games (Rebellion), music, school, family, and friends (some of which I haven't spoke to in years). It brought back a thousand memories of good times. Life was simpler then. The world seemed new and exciting.

 

Now I've graduated, got a career, and a ball n' chain attached to me leg. Does anyone else get these kind of blues?

 

I miss yesterday...

I feel that quite often. It would be sweet to be back in high school, just hanging out with no worries (I only say this because I, personally, had very few worries while in high school).
