I use RebEd to make my opponents ships/fighters/troops cost about half in terms of maintenance points and refined materials.

Yeah, when playing with mines, do you want a higher or lower value for production thingy, and the same for refineries?

Is it possible to make a pair of one mine and one refinery produces 100 maitanance points instead of 50?? :roll:
