That's what I figured. I thought it was a new holiday they cooked up to bridge the gap between Valentines Day. Sweetest Day is pretty much Valentines Day II, forcing us men to grab sweets for the ladies. Of course, I will be sucked into this ridiculousness (seeing how my gf's bday is on the same day)...
